I’ve always had a strong athletic background, growing up actively involved in sports and competition. That foundation naturally evolved into a deep passion for fitness, health, and overall wellness, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
Today, I continue to live that lifestyle as a hybrid athlete, competing in HYROX events while also training as a dedicated half marathon runner. My approach to fitness is built on discipline, consistency, and performance—pushing both physical and mental limits in everything I do.
Beyond training and competition, I’ve built an active presence in the fitness space through social media, where I share my journey, training, and lifestyle with a growing audience. I’ve also worked as an affiliate for gym apparel and athleisure brands, as well as supplement companies, giving me hands-on experience in how fitness marketing connects with real consumers. In addition, I’m an athlete for a local gym, which keeps me deeply embedded in the day-to-day culture of fitness communities.
All of these experiences give me a unique edge as a social media manager for gyms and studios. I don’t just understand fitness marketing from a business perspective—I live it. I know how to create content that feels authentic to athletes and gym-goers, how to position brands within the fitness lifestyle, and how to turn real training environments into engaging, high-converting social media content. This combination of education, athletic performance, and real-world marketing experience allows me to help gyms and studios build stronger brands, attract the right clients, and drive consistent growth.
